Refund Policy


We want you to feel confident shopping with Vigess. If you need a refund, here’s how it works:

1. Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards

Sale/clearance items

Damaged or used products

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we inspect and notify you of the decision

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

4. Partial Refunds

May apply to returned items missing packaging or parts , or showing signs of use

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If it’s been more than 7 business days after approval and no refund is received, contact your payment provider first. Then, reach out to us at support@vigess.com if needed.
